Paint and Draw
This is the first course I attended, run by Will Stevens. The course runs for 10 weeks and each week covers a different aspect from acrylic painting to life drawing. If you are starting out it is really worth attending.
The Folk House Bristol
The Folk House is a great centre running all sorts of courses, exhibitions and music events, in the middle of Park Street in Bristol

Bs9 Artists
This is the art trail which runs for a weekend in May in BS9. The artists all live or work in BS9 and it is a great chance to see lots of work and to network with other local artists.

Royal West of England Academy of Art
The RWA is the only regional Royal Academy of Art. They not only have a gallery with frequently changing exhibitions, but also they house the Bristol Drawing School.
